We do not underwrite insurance or reinsurance risks, issue policies, or assume risk on our own balance sheet. All placements are subject to applicable laws, regulatory approvals, market capacity and the final terms agreed by the relevant licensed counterparties.
Scope of Services
We act exclusively as a Regulated Reinsurance Intermediary. We do not act as an insurer or reinsurer and do not assume underwriting risk on our balance sheet.
Client Confidentiality
All client information shared with BrokNet Re is treated as confidential and used only for the purpose of intermediary support, placement, claims support or related professional services.
